LOCATION & AREA:  Adilabad District. Area 893 Sq. Kms.
UNIQUENESS: One of the richest Teak forests in the State, with dense pristine areas free of human disturbance. The River Kadiam flows through this area.
FLORA: Dry Deciduous Teak Forests mixed with Bamboo, Terminalia, Pterocarpus, Anogeisus, Cassias
FAUNA:  Flagship species is Tiger. Also has Panther, Gaur, Cheetal, Sambar, Nilgai, Barking Deer, Chowsingha, Mouse Deer, Sloth Bear and a variety of Birds & Reptiles.
ACCESSIBILITY: 50 Kms. from Mancherial. 260 Kms. from Hyderabad by road. Nearest Airport – Hyderabad
ACCOMMODATION: Forest rest house at Jannaram & Mancherial.
SEASON: November to May.

There is no safari run by Forest dept. If you have own vehicle, you can go to the forest with permission. Officials will arrange guide for the same. There are few watch towers to view entire forest.

Watch Towers: Dongapally Watch Tower, Dost Nagar, Chinni Eddula

Guest House/Accomodation: 3 suits available which belongs to forest dept.
Special Suit(1): 2 Beds - Rs. 1000 per day
Normal(2): 2 Beds - Rs. 500 per day

FOOD: Watchman will help you in bringing the food parcels from the town as there will be no hotels near Guest house.
